Start with a message on our Facebook page. We’ll confirm the card, your setup, and the delivery or visit details together.
Check the fit.
Tell us your CPU, power supply brand and exact model, wattage, and case. Check the PSU guide before placing your order. An unsuitable or generic PSU can affect your warranty.
Choose your route.
Visit our shop, arrange a local Lalamove delivery, or have us ship nationwide through LBC. Confirm the total, reservation or down payment, and delivery cost directly with us.
Test. Receive. Enjoy.
For shipped orders, we test the unit via video call before shipment. Inspect and test it again when it arrives, and contact us promptly if you encounter an issue.

Can I walk in?
Yes. We welcome walk-ins from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please message us first so we can confirm the visiting day, item availability, and what you need to bring. Our published guide does not specify opening days.
Will I need to verify my identity before a visit?
For security, we may ask for a photo of an ID or another document showing your name before your visit. The name should match the account used to message our page. Any information provided is used for verification. Confirm the requirements with us privately through our Facebook page.
What if I prefer not to provide identity verification?
We respect your decision. If the required verification cannot be completed, we may be unable to proceed with the transaction. Talk to us directly before arranging your visit.
Can we meet up somewhere else?
We do not offer meet-ups. We prefer walk-in transactions so you can inspect and test the item before purchase and release. Delivery can also be arranged through our Facebook page.
Can I reserve or trade in a GPU?
Reservations are available for up to three days with a non-refundable reservation fee. You may also offer your old GPU toward the purchase of another card, subject to evaluation. Ask us to confirm the terms and amount before paying.
What happens after my GPU arrives?
Inspect and test the unit upon receipt. If you encounter an issue within the 14-day warranty period, contact us for troubleshooting before arranging a return or taking it to a technician. Read our warranty policy for coverage and requirements.
